The yard / warehouse associate is responsible for tasks that are related to pulling, staging and loading orders for customers as well as maintaining finished goods inventory and installation supplies. These tasks include, but are not limited to, lifting and carrying product, repackaging product, operating and maintaining a forklift, meeting strict deadlines, loading and organizing trucks, processing and distributing paperwork, yard cleanliness & organization, accuracy and completeness of computer transactions/inventory information as well as providing professional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Certified Forklift Operator
Handles all logistic activities for customer and company deliveries (this includes dealer, install and inter co shipments along with all receivables).
Coordinate timely staging of all products to ensure delivery to job ready date.
Organize and prioritize daily activities for team.
Computer literate in Excel, Outlook and an ERP platform
Proficient with filling out and processing yard paperwork such as pick tickets, BOL’s, pack lists, etc.
Exhibits a professional manner with coworkers and customers
Experience with forklift preventive maintenance programs
Hard working individual that takes ownership of the full scope of their responsibilities
Excellent time management, decision making, human relations, presentation and organization skills.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, management, and colleagues.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
Reaches with hands and arms to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must regularly lift and/or move product in excess of 75 pounds

Seeking an energetic, experienced Project Estimator/Coordinator to join our team. Essential functions of the job are as follows, but are not limited to:
Estimating of stone veneer, install materials, and stone accessories per plans & specs
Occasional bidding of CMU, precast, commercial & multifamily projects
Managing ITBs, downloading plans, reviewing specs, filling out provided bid sheets.
Thorough understanding and reading ability of plans and specs to generate material takeoff and bids
Ability to visualize and understand option stacking
Responsible for obtaining quotes for specialty products (shop drawings as needed) in bids and work with purchasing to procure
Schedule, lead and conduct pre-bid meetings with internal team
Generate RFIs, occasionally may need to generate and distribute change orders and submittals.
Other duties as assigned
The Maintenance Fabrication Technician reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and will be primarily responsible for repair to glass carts and finished good carts to support the Production Department. Additional fabrication projects may be assigned as well.

Adding appropriate color to molds
Ensuring cement is poured into the molds
Smoothing out the cement to ensure air bubbles are our and the mold is not over poured or under poured
Grasping mold at the end of the line and positioning on pallet
Certify quality level of all finished product
Clean-up of designated areas and conduct preventative maintenance
De-Molding Production Associates are responsible for:
Grabbing molds off pallet
Removing all product from molds and placing them on the conveyor belt
Spraying mold and placing them on empty pallet
Packaging quality stone in crates or boxes
Certifying quality of products before packaging
Cleaning up of designated areas and conducting preventative maintenance
Seeking an energetic, experienced Project Estimator/Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the ESW estimating department with a focus on Commercial & Multifamily estimating. Essential functions of the job are as follows, but are not limited to:

• Utilize proprietary tools to ESW- BAM/Bid tracker and SLIM/Project Tracker

• Schedule, lead and conduct pre-bid meetings with internal team
• Generate and distribute RFI’s, Submittals, Change Orders and Closeout Docs
• Responsible for maintaining log for RFI’s, ASI, Addenda, Submittals, Change Orders
• Work with Commercial/Multifamily team on document control related to all MF/Comm projects
• Work with Commercial/Multifamily team to set up Pre-Con meetings (internal and external)

Using lean production and problem-solving skills the Value Stream Team Lead drives daily improvements and team member engagement to achieve production goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The Value Stream Team Lead is an important part of making our plant a special place to work and making the world’s best windows.
Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on machine dies and fixtures. Fabricate parts for maintenance and production. Maintain grinders. Ensure accuracy and safety in all operations. Specific focus is on extrusion dies and adapters, inserts, embossing rolls and others as assigned.
Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current Class A CDL with Medical Examiners Certificate.
- Prior experience operating tractor trailer.
- Ability to operate mobile equipment to perform daily warehouse activities.
- Must not have be on a Final Written Warning or NOCA during the bid process.
