As the HR Specialist you’ll have the opportunity to provide cross functional support and administrative guidance in the utilization of our HR systems. Your support will include but not be limited to benefits administration and tracking, payroll, on-boarding, and recruiting. You will engage in the delivery of accurate and timely reporting of HR data and associate employment information to the HR Manager, plant management, supervisors, and associates. You must be proactive, assertive, highly organized and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be process oriented and results driven for HR KPI’s and also have the ability to effectively handle a diversified, non-routine workday along with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
