Provides administrative support for Human Resources Manager in the areas of recruitment, applicant tracking, attendance recordkeeping, data entry and general Human Resources functions. Ensures accurate and timely completion of Human Resources related processes; and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
High school diploma/GED required. College level coursework in Human Resources/Business Management/General Clerical preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in an office environment required. Two or more years of experience in a clerical or Human Resources environment preferred.
Knowledge of personal computers, word processing, spreadsheets, etc. required. Effective organizational and communication skills required.
Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures preferred.
